Who can order embroidery and heat press?
We decorate clothing for small businesses, large businesses, sporting teams, clubs, social societies, schools and many others.
What can I have embroidered and heat pressed?
We decorate the brands Pilbara, Ritemate and RMX.
Products include work shirts, hi-vis shirts and jackets, caps, polos, winter garments (jackets, jumpers and vests), corporate apparel, T-shirts and kids’ work shirts.
What is the typical turnaround time for embroidery?
It usually takes 7 days for your design to be converted to an embroidery file, stitched out and sent to you for approval.
Once approved, it’s usually 7 to 10 days from production to shipping or collection.
For repeat customers using the same logo, the entire process is typically 7 to 10 days.
How much does embroidery and heat press cost?
Embroidery: about $9.95 for a logo and $4.95 for a name, per garment. Both are optional.
Heat press: fixed at $4.95 for the front (left or right) and $14.85 for the back or yoke, per garment.
Can I pay for everything today?
Embroidery: no. We send you an invoice once you approve your stitched-out logo. A deposit of $49.95 can be paid today to begin file conversion and stitch-out.
Heat press: yes. You can pay upfront today as prices are fixed.
Can I use my company or team logo?
Yes, we can embroider your company logo onto your garments.
What if the product I want isn’t an option?

What is the minimum order quantity?
For new customers, the minimum is 8 garments, with free digitising unlocked at 10 garments.
For repeat customers using the same logo, the minimum is 4 garments and digitising is free.

Can embroidered items be returned?
We send you a stitch-out for your approval before we begin production. Embroidered garments are custom made and cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the products are faulty or there are production errors.
What file do I need to upload?
Embroidery: almost any picture of your logo works, even a photo of your current work shirt with the logo on it. We take PNG, JPEG, WebP, PDF, SVG, EPS and AI files.
Heat press: we can only accept PNG and vector files. If you’re struggling, email our team at emb@stewartsds.com.au for help with your file.
